FOR ALL IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
Shipping is calculated at checkout, all national orders has a flat shipping fee of $10 and free shipping if you spend over $59.
SHIPPING LEAD TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from purchase date.
Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
A working day includes Monday-Friday and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received, approved and dispatched.
Please contact us if you a require your order by a certain date (i.e. If it's for an event/gift etc.)
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase please contact Nutmeg and we will workout a solution for you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and be sure to quote your order confirmation number during correspondence.
The customer is to pay for any return of items unless agreed too otherwise by Nutmeg.
Please note that the 14 day returns policy period starts from the day your receive your order from us, and ends on the day your post the package back to us.
FOR HOME FURNITURE - PRE-ORDER
SHIPPING LEAD TIME
For Pre-order home furniture, lead times vary from product to product, with estimations provided within each product description. Please contact our team for any specific lead time enquiries.
DEFECT RETURN & EXCHANGE
During delivery, you (the customer) or the 3rd party appointed by you shall inspect the item(s) carefully before the delivery person leaves the premise. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to the delivery person and noted on the delivery copy. You will also need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide photos showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 1 business day.
In the event an exchange for the defected piece cannot be made, Nutmeg reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All replacement of item(s) will depend on the next available shipment. Nutmeg shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Nutmeg or to any comparison.
RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY
Our carrier may reschedule the delivery if you are not present to receive the items even after confirming the delivery dates. For rescheduling of delivery after agreed delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
All undeliverable orders will be returned to our distribution centre and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a re-delivery fee.
DELAYED SHIPMENT / DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, Nutmeg reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of next delivery slot.
No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed. Nutmeg shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Nutmeg or to any comparison.
