SHIPPING - FOR HOME ACCESSORIES 

If this item is in-stock, it will be dispatched within 72 hours after receiving your order.

Estimated shipping time is between 10-15 working days depending on custom clearance. We offer free delivery for order over $150 and a flat rate of $10 for any order under.

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received, approved and dispatched.

Please contact us if you a require your order by a certain date (i.e. If it's for an event/gift etc.) 

 

SHIPPING - FOR HOME FURNITURE - PRE-ORDER

We offer a flat shipping cost for all home furniture at $49 with an estimated timeframe of 40-60 days depending on custom clearance

Pre-Payment: We take full payment upfront but we accept return within 14 days upon receival for any faulty and defect.

 

DEFECT RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. For free-shipping order, you will need to cover your return shipping unless the item is faulty. For flat shipping order, you won't need to pay for return shipping as we will cover it for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Pre-order Items
For Pre-order items, we do not accept change of mind returns. However it the item is defective, please get in touch within 48hrs of receiving the good. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For Sale items, you will need to cover return shipping cost unless it's faulty.

We do not accept returns for gift card purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY


Our carrier may reschedule the delivery if you are not present to receive the items even after confirming the delivery dates. For rescheduling of delivery after agreed delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.


INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS


All undeliverable orders will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a re-delivery fee.


DELAYED SHIPMENT / DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS


In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, Nutmeg reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of next delivery slot.

No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed. Nutmeg shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Nutmeg or to any comparison.
